Many of Onaga Elementary teachers take time each day to welcome students individually. Miss Kolterman has short 1-1 meeting with each of her students while others develop peer relationship skills. Mrs. Elliott has a choice board so students can decide how they'd like to be greeted, while Mrs. Rezac welcomes each student by name at the classroom door. Others do similar morning activities. These simple personalized interactions set the tone for a positive start to the day. #OESCares #BuffaloStrong #Kids1st
