In 1996 the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHAA) Executive Board approved the formation of a Student Advisory Team (SAT) to represent student voices in Activities Association governance. The Activities Association is the governing body that makes all of the rules for high school sports in Kansas. The SAT is a council of six boys and six girls who help decide things such as new rules. They also discuss various other topics of importance. Kylar Meyer began the first year of his two year service this fall. See entire story at Meyer Chosen for SAT.
This fall the students of the SAT recorded Public Service Announcements (PSA) to be played around the State on radio stations. Kylar recorded three spots that are attached below.
