My first teaching degree came from Emporia State University - I've been teaching and working K-12 with youth with special education needs for 24 years. I have a Masters (MS) from KSU, 1992 in teaching youth with Behavior Disorders and a Doctorate (EdD) from Kansas State, 2006. I am qualified to teach Special Education K-12, and have the licenses to be a Bldg Level Administrator, a Superintendent and a Director of Special Education (all from KSU).
My history: Marshall County Special Education, Marysville; Emotionally Disturbed Youth Grades 7-12, Kanza Mental Health/School Liaison Officer for Brown, Doniphan, Jackson and Nemaha Counties, and my current position, Onaga Schools, first as a Middle School IRC teacher and now as the High School IRC teacher.
Favorite past time: Photography, Fishing, Quilting, and Camping
Family: Husband, Ray Mueting (24 years); USDA Farm Service Agency of Nemaha County, two sons: Kyle (and wife Jill) age 24, Parts Manager for Kan Equip in Marysville, KS, Derek, age 21, Jr .at Emporia State University, and my daughter, Dani, age 18, a Sr .at Nemaha Central High School.
