BLUE VALLEY TRACK CLUB
YOUTH TRACK MEET
Sunday April 26th, 2009
At the BVHS Track in Randolph, KS (This is a crushed rock track)
Participants will be divided into 4 age groups based on current grade in school; each group will be separated into boys and girls
Group 1-(G1)- Kindergarten & below Group 3-(G3)- 3rd and 4th grades
Group 2-(G2)- 1st and 2nd grades Group 4-(G4)- 5th and 6th grades
Entry Fee is $10.00 per athlete. Each athlete may participate in up to 4 events. No pre-entry required. No refunds and bad weather cancels the meet. No rain date.

Schedule:
11:30am to 12:30pm Registration
12:45Field events start (3 attempts in each event)
G1-Softball throw, Long Jump All athletes
G2-Softball throw, Long Jump will use the
G3-Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump 6 lb. shot and
G4-Shot Put, Discus, High Jump, Long Jump 1.0 kg Discus
2:15Running Events Begin-No Prelims (All events are finals against time)
G3, G4 Girls/Boys 1600 meter run -Some groups may be run together
2:30Rolling Schedule if entries are low.
G1, G2, G3, G4 G/B 100 meter dash -Events will be announced over
G2, G3, G4 G/B 800 meter run the loudspeaker.
G1, G2 G/B 50 meter dash -Participation ribbons awarded.
G3, G4 G/B 4X100 relay -Ribbons for first six places
G1, G2, G3, G4 G/B 400 meter in each event.
G1, G2, G3, G4 G/B 200 meter run -Ribbons for 1-6 may be picked up
G3, G4 G/B 4X400 relay 20 min. after event.
