Free and Reduced Meal Form

The following documents are available to download and print to apply for free and reduced meals for our school district. One document can be saved in Word and has fields that you can complete and print. A signature is required, so you will need to print the form and mail it to the school or bring it in.
I would encourage all parents to apply for the benefit, as it not only helps you financially, it helps our school by extra school funds.
